Warren MI, and Hermitage PA, December 13, 2022 – Solar Atmospheres announces its Michigan facility and Western Pennsylvania facility have recently been awarded Nadcap Merit status for vacuum heat treating and brazing. PRI has once again recognized Solar’s adherence to strict specification requirements, flawless process execution, and a daily commitment to quality vacuum thermal processing. All five (5) Solar Atmospheres facilities, Souderton, PA; Hermitage, PA; Fontana, CA; Greenville, SC; and Warren MI have earned Nadcap 24-month merit status thus demonstrating Solar’s corporate commitment to quality.

Bob Hill, President of both facilities states, “The credit for these latest achievements goes to our quality teams, headed by Steve Choma in Michigan and Justin Hoffman in Western Pennsylvania, and all of our dedicated employees. We understand that a two-year Nadcap Merit accreditation is an honor and will never lead to complacency.
