As we learn more about the COVID-19 crisis, the Solar Family of Companies joins the rest of the world in making adjustments to our operations, as per guidelines issued by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO). We will communicate those adjustments to you as they take place, and as they are updated.
Solar’s commitment to our employees’ health and safety remains paramount. Our workforce has not been reduced, but we have taken necessary precautions to limit interaction, and those employees who can are working remotely. We have also closed our lobbies to visitors, and meet with outside personnel only when absolutely necessary.
Because we are an “essential” business, our customers can expect “business as usual” as long as our supply chains remain undisturbed. If a disruption does occur, we will contact our customers to communicate any changes or delays. It is imperative that lines of communication remain open and information flows freely between our organizations and our valued customers.
Please know we are taking every precaution possible, and take this pandemic very seriously. We continue to monitor the situation closely, and comply with guidance from our local, state, and federal authorities.
