To arrange for credit, please complete all of the business, bank and reference information on the New Customer Credit Form. Submit completed form to customerserviceSC@solaratm.com or fax 864-342-7067.
For the fastest processing, prior to sending parts, please send your Purchase Order or Work Order Form to Customer Service via fax at 864-342-7067 or email to customerserviceSC@solaratm.com. To ensure that orders are processed correctly, please be sure to complete the form in its entirety. A copy of your Purchase Order or Work Order Form must also be enclosed with your parts. If using your own Purchase Order form, please ensure that all of the information on the Work Order Form is included. Please also see the notes on the bottom of the form regarding special needs. If off-site testing is required, please itemize it on your Purchase Order and add 5-10 days turn-around. All Purchase and Work Orders are subject to Terms of Sale.
