2025 MTI Yes Management Training Program Tours Solar Atmospheres

We were honored to host the 2025 Metal Treating Institute’s YES Management Training Program yesterday at our Souderton, PA facility!

The visit brought together 40 talented participants from across the United States, representing commercial heat treaters and key suppliers within the heat treating industry. It was a pleasure to showcase our state-of-the-art vacuum heat treating facility, and to share our passion for innovation, quality, and teamwork. We sincerely hope the group found the tour insightful and inspiring — and that the experience added real value to their ongoing leadership development.
